FamPay Adhaar Verification Failed
For the past 3–4 months, I have been unable to sign in to my FamPay account linked to the mobile number 8630142*** because my Aadhaar-based KYC/verification keeps failing. Each time I try to log in or complete KYC, the process fails and I am not able to access my account at all. I have already contacted FamPay customer support about this issue, but despite this, my Aadhaar KYC problem has not been resolved and I am still locked out of my account. This long delay is causing me serious inconvenience because I cannot use my FamPay services. I request that my Aadhaar KYC issue for my mobile number be checked and resolved urgently and that my account access be restored as soon as possible.
