FamApp Wallet Suspended for Suspicious Activity and Funds Blocked

I am using FamApp by Trio for my digital wallet and money transfers. On 16 July 2026 at around 7:22 a.m., my FamApp wallet, which had a balance of about ₹30,000 including a transaction of around ₹2,000, was suddenly suspended with the message that it is “temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity”. After this, I received an email from FamApp stating that a transaction was reported by authorities and that my account has been suspended, and the message included a UTR number and police station contact details. I have not been clearly informed what exact activity is considered suspicious or how I am personally involved, and I have not received any clear guidance on how to resolve this situation. Because of this suspension I cannot access or use the funds in my wallet and I am very worried about my money and about any possible cyber crime situation that may be connected to my account. I request FamApp to urgently investigate this matter in detail, clearly confirm whether my account or personal data have been misused, and provide a written clarification that I can use to file a cyber crime complaint with the relevant authorities if needed. I also expect my wallet to be reactivated as soon as it is safely possible, or for my lawful funds to be released back to me after the necessary checks.
