Complaint Regarding FamPay KYC Issue
I am using FamApp with GPay in Meghalaya, India, and I have been unable to complete my KYC verification since February. Every time I try to verify, the process fails and the app shows a message asking me to change the number and try again, so I have not been able to sign or complete KYC despite several attempts. Because of this ongoing error I am unable to proceed with using the service properly. I have not yet contacted customer support, as I am first trying to raise this issue formally here. I request that my KYC be successfully completed or that the technical problem causing this repeated failure be fixed so that I can verify my account without changing my number, or that I receive a clear explanation of why the KYC is failing and what needs to be done to resolve it.
