FaceLab Subscription Refund Still Not Received
On November 9, 2025, I purchased the annual subscription for the FaceLab app through the Apple App Store. The purchase page indicated that the $21 payment would be charged in installments, but instead, the full amount was charged in a single transaction.
Immediately after completing the purchase, I canceled my subscription. However, my payment has still not been refunded.
Even though I canceled the subscription promptly and a full day has already passed, I have not received any refund. I also attempted to contact both Faceal and Apple Support, but I have not received a response from either.
I request that the $21 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
