Free Fire UID Permanently Banned for Altering Game Code

I am a Free Fire player from Bangladesh/Nepal and I am writing because my account has been permanently suspended. When I try to log in with my Facebook account, the game shows a message saying “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended”, “Permanent” and “Reason for Ban: Altering game code”. I have never used any kind of hack, cheat, script or third‑party application to alter the game code. I always played the game fairly on my device and respected the rules. I believe this suspension is a mistake or a misunderstanding by the system. My Free Fire UID is 7129770966 and my nickname is Shin-chan131. I have also attached a screenshot of the suspension message that appears when I try to log in. I request that my account be carefully reviewed and investigated again. If any issue is found, I am ready to cooperate fully, but if this is an error, I kindly ask you to remove the ban, fix the login problem and restore full access to my Free Fire account, because I have spent a lot of time and effort on it.
