I am writing because my Free Fire account linked with my Facebook account has been hacked and taken over by another player, and I have not been able to access it for about 11 months. My Free Fire account was connected to my Facebook profile that uses the phone number 8980318737. After the hack, all the information on the Free Fire account was changed, including the details I had set before, so I can no longer recognize or control the account. I request that my original Free Fire account linked to this Facebook number be recovered and returned to me, and that the hacker’s access be completely blocked. I would also like all my in‑game progress and purchases on that account to be protected if possible.
