My Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook account, has been banned without any clear explanation. Whenever I try to log in, I only see that my account has been banned, but no specific reason or details are provided.

I have been using this account for approximately two years and have invested a significant amount of time and effort into it. I have always tried to follow the game's rules, so I believe this ban may have been issued by mistake.
