Free Fire Account Permanently Banned for Abnormal Activity With No Explanation

My Free Fire account, which is linked to my Facebook profile and uses the in‑game name “Md mojarul sekh”, has been permanently suspended with the warning that abnormal activities were detected. I received a notice stating that my account was permanently banned and since then I have not been able to access or play the game. This suspension happened roughly two years ago, so I do not remember the exact date, but since that time I have continuously been unable to log in to my account. I submitted my ID for review and was told that I needed to wait 24 hours, yet I have still not received any response or detailed explanation about what abnormal activity was supposedly detected or why the account was permanently banned. I am requesting that my Free Fire account be re‑checked carefully and that the permanent suspension be removed so that I can play again on this ID. If the ban cannot be lifted, I would at least like a clear explanation of the specific reason and evidence behind this decision.
