Hello Expert Option Team, I do not know under what conditions my ID has been banned. If I have made any mistake, I sincerely ask for your forgiveness. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding on my part. Please kindly forgive me and return my ID. I have some money in it, and I am a poor person. I had saved that money by paying installments for our house. I humbly request you, respected sir, to help me by returning my ID. Please look upon my mistakes with forgiveness.

Greetings to all. I deposited around 30,000 taka on 12/04/2025 into my Expert Option account, and at some point, I lost my initial fund—which wasn’t even mine, but my family’s monthly installment savings. I come from a simple background, the son of a farmer, and that money meant everything to us. Later, I deposited more and managed to earn over 100,000 rupees. However, on 14/04/2025, when Expert Option’s working day arrived, my account was suddenly blocked along with all my earnings. As a poor individual who had already suffered a major loss, this was devastating. When I checked my balance, I saw that my ID had been banned without warning. I contacted their support, and they only provided a link to their terms and conditions. I carefully read through them and found no clear reason for this action. Expert Option claims my account was blocked due to a violation, but I believe they are trying to steal my money. If there truly was a violation, I humbly ask for proof. Please don’t punish a poor person this way—don’t take away the little hope I have left.
