I'm Demanding Expedia Restore My Hotel Account After Weeks of Silence
As the operator of Şelale Otel Bungalow in Uzungöl, Trabzon, I have not been able to log into my Expedia account for about 2 months now. When I try to log into the system, it immediately kicks me out, and since I can't access my account, I can't perform any operations related to my hotel.
During this time, I've repeatedly tried to reach Expedia customer service by phone, email, and every other channel, but I haven't been able to get any response at all. Both my inability to access my account and my inability to communicate with them are negatively affecting our operations.
In order to make the necessary arrangements for my hotel, update information, and actively use my account, I am requesting that Expedia respond to me as soon as possible, resolve my login issue, and make my account usable again.
