Evernote charged my card 999.99₺, even though I never intended to renew my subscription. I had used Evernote years ago, but I no longer need or want the service. When I saw the charge, I immediately canceled my subscription, yet the refund was not processed.

I did not agree to this high renewal fee, and I expect my money to be refunded promptly. It is unfair to charge users without clear consent and then refuse to issue refunds after cancellation.

Evernote, please process my refund immediately and ensure that unauthorized charges like this do not happen again. I need urgent support to resolve this issue!
