Hello Etsy Support,
I recently received my first sale on Etsy. The buyer requested the seller’s email address for the final payment details, which I provided. Following this, I received an email asking me to confirm the sale by clicking a "confirm" button, which directed me to a site asking for my card information.
The site stated that the funds would not be deducted from my card but required my card details anyway. Additionally, the support team on the site informed me that my balance needed to be at least 3000 ₺, which I complied with.
I am concerned that I may have been scammed and that my first order might have been processed by someone else instead of me. Please advise on how to resolve this issue and ensure that my sale was legitimate.
