Unauthorized Double Charges From epoch.com Hit QNB Credit Card 10 Seconds Apart
On July 13, 2026, two unauthorized charges were made to my QNB credit card under the name epoch.com just 10 seconds apart: $84 at 1:27 PM and another $84 at 1:28 PM. The total amount charged shows as $168. I have never used this website, nor have I authorized any membership, purchase, or payment.
As soon as I noticed the transactions, I contacted QNB, cancelled my card, and filed the necessary disputes regarding the unauthorized charges. The nature, address, and scope of activity of epoch.com have not been presented to me in a clear or understandable manner, leading me to believe this is a completely illegal transaction.
I demand the cancellation of these unauthorized payments, the prompt refund of the total $168 charged to my card, and the implementation of necessary investigations and security measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
