Epoch.com Charged My Card 3 Times Without Permission

On August 21, 2025, at 10:10 PM, three consecutive charges were made on my QNB Finansbank Troy credit card (last four digits 3973) through a website called Epoch.com, without my knowledge or consent. The total amount charged was $240 USD (three transactions of $80 each). These transactions are absolutely not mine; I did not initiate any membership or subscription, and I did not receive any SMS verification during the transactions.
As soon as I noticed the charges, I contacted the bank and had my card completely canceled. However, I was unable to file a dispute immediately, as customer service informed me that I needed to wait two days. My card was enabled for online transactions, but I have never made purchases from unsecured websites, nor have I ever shared my card information with Epoch.com or any similar platform. The transactions appear in my account activity as “epoch.com.”
These transactions were entirely unauthorized, and I have suffered financial harm as a result. I request a full refund of the $240 USD charged, an investigation into how my card information was obtained by third parties, and that all security vulnerabilities be addressed. I also request that this issue be urgently reviewed from both a security and customer protection standpoint.
I will contact customer service again tomorrow. I expect my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
