Multiple Unauthorized Charges from Epoch.com Raise Fraud Concerns

Today at 12:55 AM, unauthorized charges were made through Epoch.com on my card linked to my QNB account without my knowledge or consent. The charges include approximately $109 and eight separate transactions of $80 USD each. My card is physically at home, still in its box, and has never been used. I also do not use the bank’s mobile application. These transactions are absolutely not mine.

I contacted QNB customer service regarding this issue, and they informed me that the transactions are currently pending and that they will be able to assist after they are fully processed. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I am experiencing financial harm as a result. I request that these unauthorized charges be canceled and that the full amount be refunded to my account.
