Epoch.com User Demands $52 Refund After Fraudulent Charge Hits Cancelled Card
On June 28, 2026, at 2:49 PM, I learned through a notification sent to my phone that an unauthorized charge of $52 was made from my credit card via Epoch.com. Even though I have never used Epoch.com and do not have any membership or authorized transactions with this company, the unauthorized use of my card information has caused me significant hardship.
As soon as I noticed this transaction, I called my bank to report the situation, requested the cancellation of my card, and detailed the grievance I experienced. My bank completely cancelled my existing card and informed me that a replacement card would be sent to my address. This means the credit card used for the charge is no longer active.
Due to my card being cancelled, I specifically request that Epoch.com contact me directly to avoid any issues with processing a refund or cancellation. I demand that Epoch.com cancel this transaction made without my consent and issue a prompt and complete refund of the $52 charged to my card. Furthermore, I demand that my credit card information be permanently deleted from their systems and that an explanation be provided regarding how such an unauthorized transaction occurred.
