Today I received a message from my bank stating that a transaction of 17,280 XOF was attempted at EPOCH.COM *ICFTECHNO, but my card balance of 2,956 XOF was insufficient. I did not intend to make this payment, and I do not want any subscription or recurring payment with EPOCH.COM / ICFTECHNO. This is the first time that such a transaction has been attempted on my card. I am worried that there is an unwanted subscription or unauthorized payment request linked to my card information without my clear consent. I request that any subscription or payment order related to EPOCH.COM / ICFTECHNO be immediately cancelled and that my card be permanently blocked from any future payments or attempts from this merchant. I want written confirmation that no further deductions or attempts will be made from my card for this service.
