Dispute Unauthorized Epoch.com Charge and Request Refund

An unauthorized charge of approximately $136 was made on my credit card by Epoch.com under the name “pfaffikon” without my knowledge or consent. I have no information about what service or subscription this charge is related to, and I did not receive any approval notification, email, or SMS at the time of the transaction.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately contacted DenizBank and filed the necessary dispute and chargeback request. My bank has initiated the process; however, I also request that Epoch.com provide an explanation of how and why this charge occurred and issue an immediate refund.

I ask that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated and that my financial loss be fully resolved.
