On September 12, 2025, at 6:57 PM, an attempt was made by Epoch.com to charge approximately $53 to my Garanti Bank virtual card. The transaction failed because the security code was entered incorrectly, and I immediately canceled my card afterward. However, despite this, I noticed that approximately $1 was still charged to my account with the description “iyzico/Subscription Medyascop.”
As a result of this situation, I experienced inconvenience and concern. I request that Garanti Bank improve its security measures, provide faster and more effective notifications to prevent similar incidents, and refund the approximately $1 that was charged to my account.
