Epoch.com keeps billing me monthly, how can I cancel and stop charges?

If Epoch.com keeps billing you monthly,

Identify the subscription first;

• Epoch is only a payment processor
• The charge comes from a website you subscribed to

• Use:
– “Find My Purchase” on Epoch to see details

This shows:
– Website name
– Subscription status
– Next billing date

Cancel the subscription properly;

• Go to:
– Epoch “Cancel Membership” page

• Enter:
– Email or last 4 digits of your card

• Click:
– Cancel subscription

Stop future charges completely;

• Canceling alone may not be enough

• Also:
– Remove saved card
– Contact your bank and:
– Block recurring payments
– Block Epoch merchant
