Today I started playing Poppy Playtime Chapter 3, developed by Mob Entertainment, on PC through Epic Games. However, I am experiencing serious optimization issues. Even when I lower the graphics settings to the minimum, the game constantly runs at very low FPS and frequently crashes, which has almost completely ruined my gameplay experience.
I downloaded the game today and have tried to play it multiple times since then, but I have not been able to run it smoothly. I have not yet contacted Epic Games or the in-game support team because I believe this is a general optimization problem that is affecting many users.
What I expect from the developer is to release performance and optimization patches for Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 as soon as possible to resolve the crashing and low FPS problems, and to make the game run smoothly and reliably at a level that justifies the price players paid.
