Epic Games Launcher Shows “An Error Occurred, Try Again” for All My Games

I bought GTA 5 through Epic Games, and honestly I regret buying it. When I try to launch the game, I constantly get warnings like “40 hours not found” or “BattlEye not installed,” and I have to deal with various installations and setup issues instead of being able to enter the game smoothly. On the first attempt to launch the game, the Windows key on my keyboard stops working, but if I exit the game and launch it again, it starts working normally. In addition, the game frequently crashes on its own and suddenly closes, forcing me to deal with the same problems every time I try to play.

I am using Windows 11, and I experience similar problems not only with GTA 5 but with all the games I purchased through Epic Games. I constantly receive warnings such as “An error occurred, please try again,” and this situation has completely ruined my gaming experience.

I just want to be able to use the games I purchased without issues. I request that my games in the Epic Games library—especially GTA 5—be transferred to my Steam account if possible, or that a satisfactory solution be provided for these ongoing problems.
