Battlefield 2042 Won’t Launch Through Epic Games

I previously purchased Battlefield 2042 through Epic Games and installed it on my computer yesterday, but the game would not launch at all. After researching the issue online, I tried using the “Verify” or repair option through the Epic Games launcher. The game briefly started working after the repair, but then stopped launching again, and subsequent repair attempts did not resolve the issue.

I paid approximately $3 for the game, and despite purchasing it, I have been completely unable to play it since yesterday. I understand that more than 14 days have passed since my purchase, so I do not qualify for an automatic refund under the standard refund policy. However, since I only recently installed the game and have been unable to play it due to a technical issue, I request that my situation be considered as an exception.

I would like Epic Games to refund the amount I paid for Battlefield 2042 to my account.
