Enuygun Refused to Change My Flight After an Accidental Date Selection

I purchased two AJet airline tickets through the Enuygun app for a flight departing from Ordu-Giresun Airport and arriving at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. However, while selecting the travel date during the booking process, I accidentally chose September 24 instead of August 24. I only realized this mistake today.

Throughout the booking process, I did not see any clear, prominent, or attention-grabbing warning indicating that the ticket was a promotional fare and that it could not be changed or canceled under any circumstances. Had this restriction been presented more clearly before completing the purchase, I would have reviewed the selected travel date much more carefully before confirming the reservation.

As soon as I discovered the mistake, I contacted Enuygun Customer Support. I was informed that my ticket was a promotional fare and that, for this reason, neither a cancellation nor a date change was possible. The complete lack of flexibility, combined with the absence of a sufficiently clear warning during the booking process about such an important restriction, has left me in a difficult and frustrating situation.

I respectfully request that my flight be changed from September 24 to August 24, either without an additional fee or by paying only a reasonable fare difference, if possible. If that cannot be accommodated, I ask Enuygun to offer another fair solution to resolve the inconvenience caused by this situation. I look forward to an urgent and favorable response.
