I Demand Formal Corporate Apology After Rude Enterprise Employee Encounter

On August 17, 2026, I went to the Enterprise office in Cevizlidere, Ankara, for a car rental transaction. Even though my passport information was already registered in their system, they insisted on physically seeing my passport, causing me to wait for approximately two hours. The inconvenience and lost time during this process were extremely frustrating to me.

On top of all this, the staff's attitude was exceptionally rude and unpleasant. I specifically observed an employee named Ö*** getting angry to the point of gritting their teeth and exhibiting a disrespectful posture and demeanor toward the customer. This conduct is completely unacceptable for a corporate brand.

I expect a formal corporate apology from Enterprise, specifically regarding the handling of this process and the employee conduct at the Ankara Cevizlidere branch. I want assurance that customer satisfaction is prioritized and that necessary warnings will be issued to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
