Enterprise Sabiha Gökçen Refuses Rental Over Missing Passport Entry Stamp

On July 1, I went to the Enterprise Turkey office at Sabiha Gökçen Airport to rent a vehicle. They refused to rent the vehicle to me and failed to complete the transaction due to the absence of an entry stamp in my foreign entry passport.

I had previously rented a vehicle through Enterprise approximately 6 months ago using the exact same driver's license; however, despite records of this prior rental existing in their system, they refused to look up the file. Even though I had rented without any issues before, this arbitrary refusal to process my rental left me in a difficult situation.

I demand that Enterprise Turkey acknowledge the distress I experienced during this process, conduct the necessary investigation, and resolve my grievance.
