Eneba Steam Key Region Locked and Unusable in My Country

Today I purchased a Steam key for a Total War: Warhammer package via Eneba as a game key. While buying the product, there was no visible information about any regional restriction or incompatibility on the product page. After the purchase, I tried to activate the key first via the extension and then manually on Steam as directed, but in both cases I received a regional error and could not use the key. On Steam I see an error window titled “Unavailable” stating “We’re sorry, but this product is not purchasable in your country. Your purchase has been canceled.”, and therefore the key cannot be used in my region. The product I bought is region-locked and does not work in my region, even though this was not clearly stated before payment. I request that Eneba provide me with a working replacement key compatible with my region as soon as possible, or otherwise offer an appropriate solution.
