Eneba Sold Me an Invalid PUBG Mobile UC Code
On September 28, 2026, I purchased a code from Eneba to top up UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy. I paid €44 for the code. However, even though I entered the code correctly in the designated field on the Midasbuy website, the system displays a “Codeformatfehler” (code format error) message, and the code does not work at all.
Although I completed the payment, I am unable to use the product I purchased. I checked the support section, but the system is quite complicated, and I was unable to submit a clear support request. So far, I have received no response or solution from the company.
I have been left at a loss because I paid for a product that I cannot use. I request that Eneba provide me with a working PUBG Mobile UC code without any issues and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
