Eneba Charged 500 USD but Marked My Razer Gold Order as Incomplete
I made a purchase of 500 USD Razer Gold on Eneba on 26 February 2026 at around 9:05 PM (France time). The payment shows as incomplete on Eneba’s side, but the full amount has been deducted from my bank account. Despite the transaction not being completed, my money is currently on hold. I contacted Eneba support and was informed that I would receive a refund within 7 business days. I find this waiting time very long and problematic, especially since the issue was not caused by me, and I urgently need access to these funds. Since the payment did not go through, but the amount of 500 USD has already taken from my bank, I kindly ask that this issue be resolved faster. If possible, I would prefer to receive the amount as an Eneba balance linked to my account instead of waiting for the full 7 business days for the refund, so that I can use it immediately.
