If Emochi locked your account and you can’t access it,
Check your account first;
• Verify:
– You’re using the correct login method and account credentials
– The lock or suspension message shown when you try to sign in
– Whether the restriction is temporary or permanent
– Your account has not been compromised
• Try:
– Signing out and back in
– Resetting your password if needed
– Updating Emochi
– Trying the web version if the app is inaccessible
Gather evidence;
• Save screenshots showing:
– The account-lock message
– Any error or restriction notice
– Your username, email, or User ID
– When you lost access
Contact Emochi support;
• Request:
– A review of the account restriction
– The reason for the lock
– Removal of the restriction if it was applied incorrectly
– Restoration of your account and saved content
If Emochi does not restore your account, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
