My Konami ID Was Changed By An Hacker And Now I've Lost Access

I have been playing Konami eFootball Mobile for a long time and about a week ago my account appears to have been hacked. When I tried to log in, I realised that my team and account no longer matched my usual data and that someone else was using the account. I can currently only log in because the account is linked to my Google Play, but my Konami ID was unlinked from the account by the hacker without my consent. I contacted Konami support and explained that the account had been hacked and that I am the real owner. However, they replied that they could not verify that I am the owner of the account and therefore did not help me recover it. I want my hacked eFootball Mobile account to be recovered and returned to me, together with all my players, progress and in‑game items. I kindly request that my situation be re‑examined and that my account access be fully restored, including relinking it with my Konami ID under my control.
