I Face Player Speed Problem in Online Matches on Efootball 2024 Mobile

I play Efootball 2024 on my mobile device via Google Play Store. For about the last 100 matches against the AI, my players move quickly and perform normally. However, whenever I play online matches against real players, my players barely run and feel extremely slow.

This problem happens in every single online match, even though my internet connection is perfectly stable with full signal strength. I have also purchased paid content in the game, and my in-game username is ebucehılll.

I already submitted a support request in the past, but nothing was done to fix the issue. I am requesting that this unfair situation be resolved immediately and that my players’ performance in online matches be restored to the same standard as when playing against the AI.
