eFootball “Cannot Transfer Data” Error Message

I have a problem with my Efootball 2027 account on my Android phone and I am unable to recover my old game data linked to my Konami ID. I originally created my account in 2020 and have been using the same Konami ID for this game. Over the years I deleted and reinstalled the game several times. I deleted and reinstalled it once in 2026, and again deleted it in 2026 and reinstalled it in 2027. Now, when I try to transfer my old data through the Konami ID data transfer option inside the game, I receive the error message “Cannot Transfer Data” and “There’s no data to transfer” and I cannot access my old account. I would like my old Efootball account and all associated progress to be recovered and linked back to my current installation, or to be informed clearly if recovery is technically impossible and why. I am requesting your support to investigate my Konami ID and help me regain access to my previous game data.
