eFootball Mobile Account Stolen - How to Recover My Account?!

I am an eFootball mobile player and my account has been hijacked. My in‑game profile name is “_M_N_R_1”. On 2 September 2026 I realized that I no longer have access to my account and I am currently unable to use it. The screenshot I am attaching shows my original account profile and in‑game information. I did not share my account information with anyone and I have not authorized any other person to access my profile. I have also not received any assistance so far because I have not been able to reach a solution channel within the game. I request that my eFootball mobile account with the profile name “_M_N_R_1” be recovered and returned to me, that the account be secured against unauthorized access, and that any damages or unauthorized changes made during the hijacking be investigated and corrected.
