I am writing to report a serious security breach involving my eFootball 2026 Mobile account on Android, which is linked to my Konami ID. My account has been maliciously compromised and hacked. The unauthorized person has changed the registered email address and password, and as a result I have completely lost access and control over the account since 1 July 2026. My in‑game username is “oderakE” and I was currently in Division 2 at the time the account was taken over. These details can be used to help verify that I am the legitimate owner of the account. I have already tried to contact support, but the only responses I receive indicate that I have no access to the account, without offering any effective solution or restoration process. I am therefore unable to secure or recover my account on my own.
