eDreams Does Not Honor Paid Flexible Change Option

I purchased a Flyadeal flight ticket from Istanbul to Medina for 20 March via the eDreams application and additionally paid for the “Flexible Change” option, which clearly states that changes to destination, date, country and passenger details are allowed. I chose this option deliberately to secure flexibility. I now wish to use this right and change my flight route from Istanbul–Medina to Istanbul–Baku. For approximately two weeks, I have been trying to reach eDreams through the application and other communication channels, but I have only received automated responses and my request has not been processed. I have not been able to speak to any customer representative and have not received any effective support. My flight date is approaching, and I am at serious risk of losing my ticket without being able to benefit from the flexible change service for which I have already paid. Not providing a paid service and the lack of accessible customer support constitute a clear service deficiency and raise significant concerns in terms of consumer rights. I therefore request that my change request be processed immediately in accordance with the flexible change conditions I purchased, and that my flight be changed from Istanbul–Medina to Istanbul–Baku under airline reference number Y66Y6S and booking reference number 24527572630, without any additional charge other than, if necessary, a reasonable fare difference consistent with the promised flexible change terms. I also request urgent written confirmation of this transaction. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities and initiate a formal complaint process. I expect an urgent and solution-oriented response.
