Economy Booking Did Not Refund Me After Giving The Wrong Rental Car

Last month, I rented a car in Kayseri through Economy Booking. I made a reservation on the website for a Peugeot 3008 and paid approximately $104 for the booking.

However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, they attempted to give me a Fiat Egea, which was completely different from the vehicle I had originally reserved. I clearly stated that I did not want to accept this replacement vehicle. In response, they told me, “Okay, we will cancel the reservation.”

Later, I discovered that my reservation had not actually been canceled and that the amount I paid had not been refunded to me.

For approximately one week, I maintained continuous email communication regarding this issue, yet my refund was still not processed. Instead of resolving the matter, the process felt like constant delay and avoidance.

Because of this experience, I absolutely do not recommend this company and would strongly advise others not to use this website for car rentals.
