I placed an order for two pairs of shoes through Ecco's website. One pair arrived super fast in just two days, which was awesome! Unfortunately, the other pair, a sandal, did not arrive. I contacted customer service for clarification, and they informed me that it would be shipped from another store. I waited for three days, and then my order was canceled without my notice or request. I was informed that they were unable to find the sandal in the store, even though it continues to be shown as available on their website. This experience seemed haphazard and made me doubt the dependability of their inventory management. I anticipated a higher level of coordination from a reputable brand such as Ecco.
