ebebek Store Left Alarm Pin on Floor That Injured My Child

On Saturday, 06.09.2025, around 17:15, while shopping at the E-bebek store in Gaziantep Prime Mall, my 2-year-old son was looking at books in the section next to the cashier when a security tag pin, which should not have been on the floor, pierced his foot. I believe this happened due to the negligence of the store staff and insufficient cleaning. When we asked to speak with someone in charge, the assistant store manager, Mr. M******, did not come to us—we had to approach him and explain the situation. However, he ignored us and walked away, while another employee laughed and said, “There’s nothing to be done.” Despite insisting, when the assistant manager finally came, he indifferently told us he was not responsible for checking security tags and that removing them from the floor was not part of the staff’s duties. Even after we called security, they asked us to leave the store and said, “You can complain wherever you want, we are not afraid.” After the incident, we took my son to the mall’s infirmary, where his wound was dressed, and we were warned about the risk of infection and that a tetanus shot might be needed. I am filing a complaint about the behavior of assistant manager Mr. M****** and the involved staff. We also tried to reach customer service but could not get through. I request that this grievance be addressed, that action be taken against the responsible staff—especially the assistant manager—that camera footage be reviewed, that we receive an apology, and that compensation be provided due to the health risk. I also have photos from the incident.
