Easypaisa Payment Not Credited

I am writing about a problem I experienced with WIN786 GAME regarding a payment made through Easypaisa on my Android device. On 23 August 2026, I made a payment of 48,000 Rs, and both Easypaisa and PayGrid show that this transaction was completed successfully and the amount was cashed out. However, despite the payment being successful, the balance was not credited to my WIN786 GAME account. My Easypaisa limit was full at the time of the transaction and the receipts clearly show the payment as successful, yet there is no reflection of this amount in my game balance. This has caused me both financial and emotional inconvenience, as a large amount of money is currently unaccounted for on the WIN786 GAME side. I request that WIN786 GAME urgently investigate this uncredited payment from 23 August 2026 and either credit the full 48,000 Rs to my game account or refund the same amount back to my Easypaisa account. I also ask to be informed in writing about the result of this investigation.
