Easypaisa Game Deposits Made by Children Without Account Holder’s Knowledge

I am an Easypaisa user and I am writing because money has been withdrawn from my account through game deposits made by my children without my knowledge and I am facing a serious financial loss. From 5 August to 13 August, several transactions were made from my Easypaisa number 03039211***. During this period, a total of 18,000 Rs was withdrawn from my account through different merchants such as Unique-Traders, Ardee-Consultancy and Glint-Gadgets for game or deposit payments that my children made and that I did not approve as the account holder. I have screenshots of the successful transaction confirmations and have attached them to show the payments taken from my account. I kindly request that the total amount of 18,000 Rs withdrawn from my Easypaisa account between 5 August and 13 August be fully refunded to my account, as these payments were not made by me knowingly and they have caused me financial difficulty. I ask Easypaisa to urgently review these transactions and help resolve my issue with a full refund as soon as possible.
