Tashan Win Marked My Withdrawal Complete but Easypaisa Never Received It
I made my first withdrawal of 50,000 PKR from the Tashan Win application to my Easypaisa account. In the app, the withdrawal status showed “processing” starting from 17/05/2026 and then on 18/06/2026 it changed to “complete”. However, despite the status being completed, the money has still not been credited to my Easypaisa account. I tried to contact Tashan Win customer support regarding this issue, but their support website is not working properly and I could not get any clear help or solution from them. Because of this, I am unable to find out where my 50,000 PKR is stuck and why it has not reached my Easypaisa wallet. I have not yet been able to reach Easypaisa customer service directly about this issue. I request that my case be checked in detail and that a proper investigation be carried out to identify where this 50,000 PKR has been held up between Tashan Win and Easypaisa. I expect the missing amount of 50,000 PKR to be credited to my Easypaisa account as soon as possible and I also want a clear explanation of the reason for this delay.
I placed 5 withdrawal requests, and all 5 were initially marked as "Processing." Later, they were marked as "Completed," but I have not received a single payment. This was my first time making withdrawals, and none of the withdrawal amounts have been credited to my account.
