I Spent Money on FC Mobile Packs but Get No Top Players While Free Users Do

I’m an active FC Mobile player and regularly spend money on the game, purchasing FC Points and Diamonds to open packs. Despite investing real money, I rarely get any high-rated players from the packs. It’s extremely frustrating to see that while I’m supporting the game financially, I’m receiving nothing of value in return.

Meanwhile, a coworker who barely plays and hasn’t participated in the TOTS event managed to pull 109 OVR Mbappé from a single pack. Another friend, who doesn't spend either, got 109 OVR Van Dijk from a Champions pack. It feels like the game is penalizing paying players and rewarding non-paying users just to keep them engaged.

This system feels unfair and discouraging. If pack rewards are manipulated based on spending habits, that’s a serious concern. As someone who’s spent real money, I expect equal and fair chances. Going forward, I will no longer spend a single ₺ until this issue is addressed and the drop rates are made transparent.
