It Should Be Delivered Urgently

I ordered a Dyson Varyum Clear from Dyson’s official website with order number 910905563964, and according to the information shared with me the product was handed over to the shipping company Kolay Gelsin with tracking number 227074142 and was supposed to be delivered around 15 October 2026. Despite this, my order has still not been delivered and I have been waiting without any clear update. I contacted Dyson customer service about the delay and was directed to the shipping company, but I could not get any concrete result or solution from there either. I also communicated directly with Kolay Gelsin via WhatsApp about the delivery delay, yet the situation has still not been resolved and my product has not reached me. At this point I, as the customer, am left between Dyson and the cargo company, and my product has still not reached my hands. I kindly request that Dyson immediately intervene in this situation, ensure that my product is delivered to my address as soon as possible, and keep me informed clearly and regularly about the delivery process.
