On March 27, 2023, the seal on the orange part of my Dyson V15 device broke, so I sent it in for repair. The service center replaced the orange part, but the new part had worn seals and peeling. On April 7, 2023, I submitted another service request, and they retrieved the device. I got a call from the service center informing me that they don't have the original orange model available, but they do have a lower model in gold color. I adamantly declined and insisted on using the original parts. They promised to temporarily install the part and swap it with an original one once it was available to prevent any inconvenience to me. It's been almost a year, and the parts still haven't been replenished. Ever since the vacuum's dustbin was upgraded, it has been gathering dust in the upper section, leading to damage to the laser head. Consequently, I had to send it back for servicing once more. Since the original orange part was still unavailable, they once again placed my device on hold. I called and made it clear that I did not want to be kept waiting since it was causing me inconvenience. They argued that gold and orange are interchangeable and persuaded me to agree to the swap for gold. When the device returned, the part was unchanged, and it was also damaged and worn. An email was received indicating that the head had been replaced and the device was tested with no problems. However, the head they provided does not fit my device. How was it tested? What was being tested? The meaning is not clear. Don't trust the flashy videos on social media showing simple transactions. My experience with Dyson's service has been disappointing. I've been facing this inconvenience for almost a year now. I've filed another complaint, and they promised to respond, but who knows when...

Are you saying that the solution you provided means the dents were already there? I want you to immediately install the original orange cyclone filter and the original laser head on my device!
