I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner as a present for my mom, a brand I've had faith in for a decade. Unfortunately, the broom I purchased has been making a continuous hissing noise and releasing air from the handle since I first got it, and the issue has only gotten worse over time. After reaching out to the company and presenting a video as evidence, my complaint was disregarded and I was unjustly labeled as dishonest. Even after reporting it again and sharing the video once more, they continued to deny any problem with the upright sweep. Is there a way to efficiently clean under the bed even when others are unaware of the issue, particularly when the noise becomes louder in specific positions? I find it quite disheartening that they show no interest in resolving the issue.
