Dyson V8 Makes Callus On Hands!
We got the Dyson V8 Absolute a while ago, and I developed calluses on my right hand in the second year, even though I use it only once a week! Also, its performance has significantly decreased, and it cannot reach under chairs and beds anymore. Therefore, I cannot clean thoroughly when I use it. When I called customer service to explain the issues I'm experiencing, the suggestions were ridiculous, like using gloves or a piece of sponge to protect my hand from calluses. I expect the brand to acknowledge the issues with the old V8 model and provide a viable solution, such as offering a discount on a new version as a replacement.

Customer service called me once :) It's like a joke. When I called back, the suggested solution was again tragically comical: they recommended I buy the "Dyson Gen5detect Absolute"! Hey Dyson, what about the calluses left on my hands, and do you expect me to give you another 30,000 TL and sacrifice my hands and arms as a new test subject? Please, let's not be ridiculous. We expect reasonable solutions, dear Dyson! I don't need suggestions; first, compensate for the damage you've caused me. Take a close look at the photo of my hand. I only use your vacuum cleaner once a week; pity those who use it every day!
