Dyson V8 Loud Noise After 2 Years - Warranty Expired

I bought my Dyson V8 Absolute from Teknosa around 2 years ago, and lately, it has been making a noise that sounds like a drill while I'm using it. When I reached out to them regarding the issue, they dismissed it as something that happens regularly. Unfortunately, the noise only started becoming a problem in the past three months, and it appears that they are choosing to disregard the matter entirely. It appears that they are deliberately delaying their response until the warranty period is over.
