Dyson V8 Full Charge Lasts 38 Seconds On Turbo, 2 Minutes in Normal Md
It's been 2 years since I bought the V8 vacuum cleaner. We can only use it for 38 seconds in turbo mode. When I contacted the service, I received a ridiculous answer saying that we cannot do any transactions because the warranty period has expired. Even though we vacuum the living room once a day and the other rooms every three days, the battery does not last even 40 seconds. If it drains the battery, why do you add such a mode? Could it be such an uncontrolled production? Besides, why am I being forced to pay a fee and buy a new battery? If the battery is such a poor quality part, isn't it just protecting your own interests to not include it under warranty? I don't trust Dyson at all anymore, I recommended it to many people, but from now on I will never pay attention to anyone. I regret so much that I bought it.

They call and tell me to give them the part code and go get it. Why should I trust you and buy your battery that doesn't even last two years? Those who are going to buy Dyson should know this. Their batteries are also very expensive. If it were another company, they might examine the battery and try to solve the problem, but Dyson is still pushing for expenses, it's a shame.
