Dyson V15 Detect Extra Came Back From Service Without A Pipe Placed Inside

Hello, I sent my Dyson v15 detect extra to the technical service. I put the vacuum cleaner's head, body and vacuum tube in the box. The cargo employee even took a photo. But when the vacuum cleaner was sent to me, there was no vacuum pipe inside. I called your customer service, they told me that I didn't send the vacuum tube, but I did. Now you tell me that you can't send me the vacuum tube because you say it didn't arrive, but I sent it. I didn't buy this vacuum cleaner for free. Your customer service is very uninterested, unprofessional and responds to my e-mails as if they are mocking. I WANT MY VACUUM TUBE BACK, I DIDN'T SEND IT TO YOU AS A GIFT!
